I'd really like to read your blog, Tirzah!

Today I'm doing math which is much easier now that I get some tutoring from Mrs. Elam at band. They decided to do a math lab for kids that are waiting around for their band practice. She is answering questions I have and she gives us multiplication quizzes to help build speed.

Tonight is Awana. I have two very long verses to say:

2 Peter 1:5-7 But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, to knowledge self control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness. To godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20 Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's.

Whew! I hope I can pass these verses tonight. The theme tonight is Baseball and we have to wear a baseball cap. It will probably have my dad's work name on it and not a team name. Oh well!

I better go do my English assignment. I have to write a paragraph on have a gloomy mind while doing a hard assignment. Yesterday I had to write a paragraph on having a cheerful mind while doing a hard assignment. Do you think it makes a difference? I am finding it does!
